Kira is the first paraplanner at Instar Financial Planning, supporting the growth of a solo financial planning practice through system-building, client service, and operational integration. She began her career in the hospitality industry, where she developed a foundation in client-centered service before transitioning into financial counseling and coaching and earning the Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) designation. Motivated by a desire to guide clients through the full scope of their financial lives, she pursued additional planning education and successfully completed her financial planning coursework and exam requirements prior to joining Instar in November.
An active-duty Marine Corps spouse living in Virginia and a mother of two littles, Kira spends her limited free time reading or outdoors with her family. She is driven by a passion for making meaningful impact in clients’ lives and is grateful to contribute to a mission-aligned firm that shares her values and commitment to service.
