Some people come because of their own military experience or their family. Others come because their work serves military members and families. Some are both. What connects us is the military community and a willingness to learn from and help one another.
We’re united by a shared mission: to improve the financial lives and, in turn, the quality of life of others.

MilMoneyCon was founded by Lacey Langford, AFC®, an Air Force veteran, Accredited Financial Counselor®, and entrepreneur who believes in the power of community to change lives.
Through her company, MILMO®, and the MILMO Show podcast, Lacey has spent years helping service members, veterans, and military spouses make, save, and invest money wisely. She created MilMoneyCon to give this community of financial professionals a place to come together in person, to learn, connect, and grow in both purpose and profession.
Her goal remains to build a space where heart and hustle come together to create momentum for careers, businesses, and the lives we touch through our work.
