Kirk is the Director of Financial Planning at Bastion Fiduciary, a fee-only financial planning firm built on the military ethos. Kirk has been in the financial planning field since 2002. Before that, he was an officer in the US Coast Guard after graduating from the Coast Guard Academy. He also worked at the Motley Fool for two years before starting in the financial planning field.
