Code of Conduct

MilMoneyCon values strong community and is committed to providing a respectful, collaborative, and uplifting conference experience for all participants. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, service providers, volunteers, and staff.

MilMoneyCon will not tolerate behavior that undermines the safety, dignity, or experience of our community.

Prohibited Behavior Includes, But Is Not Limited To:

• Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, stalking, or bullying of any kind, including based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status
• Failure to comply with conference venue rules, safety requirements, or staff instructions
• Lewd, offensive, or inappropriate comments or behavior, whether in person or on MilMoneyCon-related digital platforms
• Unauthorized solicitation, including distributing promotional materials, selling products or services, or prospecting attendees outside of approved exhibitor or sponsorship activities
• Disruption of presentations, sessions, exhibits, or any MilMoneyCon event or activity

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to:

• All MilMoneyCon-hosted events
• Onsite and offsite conference-related activities
• Community-organized meetups connected to MilMoneyCon
• Events or gatherings sponsored by third parties in conjunction with MilMoneyCon

Enforcement

MilMoneyCon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action deemed necessary to address violations of this Code of Conduct. This may include, without limitation:

• Verbal or written warnings
• Removal of materials or messaging
• Revocation of event access
• Immediate removal from the event without refund
• Disqualification from future MilMoneyCon events

MilMoneyCon is not required to provide warnings prior to enforcement.

Reporting & Support

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct:

• Contact a MilMoneyCon staff member immediately, or
• Email [email protected]

Reports will be taken seriously and handled as promptly and discreetly as possible. Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith will not be tolerated.
