Pam is the founder and principal advisor of Tailwind Financial Planning L.L.C., a fee only financial planning firm providing comprehensive financial life planning to senior military officers and dual career servicemember couples.

Throughout her Air Force career, Pam navigated numerous transitions between active duty and reserve status as she balanced join spouse assignments with her husband’s active duty career. Her thirty-year military career taught her the importance of setting goals and building a plan to achieve them and her nearly 35 years as a military spouse reinforced the importance of flexibility and adapting to new challenges.
