Lila Quintiliani, ChFC®, AFC®

Military Officers Association of America (MOAA)

Lila Quintiliani, ChFC®, AFC® is a former Army military intelligence officer and the spouse of an active-duty service member. Prior to her current role as MOAA’s program director for financial and benefits education/counseling, she worked as a personal financial counselor for over a decade at military installations in the U.S. and overseas.

Lila develops and manages MOAA’s financial and benefits counseling, education, and training programs. She conducts presentations on finance-related topics, to include retirement planning, risk management, credit, taxes, estate planning, survivor issues, legislative issues, and military benefit programs.

She serves as MOAA’s subject-matter expert on these matters, supporting the association’s legislative, marketing, and member service efforts, and providing material for MOAA’s print and electronic publications.

Lila holds a bachelor’s degree in East Asian Studies from Columbia University and a master’s degree in history from UCLA. She is a Chartered Financial Consultant® as well as an Accredited Financial Counselor®.
