Andia Dinesen is the incoming Senior Director of Transition and Member Services at the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), where she will lead programs supporting service members, veterans, and their families in navigating career transitions and financial readiness.

Andia spent more than 12 years with the Association of Military Banks of America (AMBA), concluding her tenure as Chief Operating Officer. During her time at AMBA, she advanced national initiatives to improve financial well-being across the military community and led the Veterans Benefits Banking Program, reaching more than half a million veterans.

She is also the co-host of The Next Tour Podcast, a platform dedicated to sharing real stories of military-to-civilian transition. Andia holds an M.S. in Personal Financial Planning, is an Accredited Financial Counselor®, and serves on nonprofit boards and volunteers with organizations advancing financial readiness.
