The 3rd Decade educational program is a transformative two-year initiative focused on empowering low to moderate-income young adults aged 18-35 with essential financial literacy skills. Our curriculum covers budgeting, savings, debt management, investing, and more, delivered through remote classes accessible to diverse participants nationwide. A cornerstone of our program is personalized mentorship, ensuring participants receive tailored financial guidance from trained mentors who adhere to a fiduciary standard.

Today, our program boasts a thriving community of over 1,000 active participants across 46 states, with more than 1,200 graduates. Our impact is bolstered by a dedicated network of 190 volunteer mentors from 40+ states who generously contribute their expertise to help participants achieve their financial goals.
