Courtney Waggoner is a Texas native. She has a BA in Law Enforcement from UT, San Antonio and an MBA in management from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX. She is an Accredited Financial Counselor and a recipient of the FINRA Military Spouse Fellowship in 2009. She was a military spouse for 10 years and has three teen dependents that still navigate the military benefits and healthcare systems.

Since 2009, Courtney has worked as a contract personal financial counselor, SFL-TAP financial counselor and GS financial counselor. Currently, Courtney cares for Survivor Families in Alaska, to assist them through out their grief journey and help navigate the financial challenges.
