With a rich background that includes an 8.5-year tenure in the Marine Corps and significant experience in the financial services industry, Chet Bennetts brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his roles. Spanning over two decades, his roles range from customer service in 401(k) plans to leading a team of 80 advisors. Bennetts is a CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®, RICP®, CLF®, with an M.S. in Family Financial Planning, and is nearing completion of his Ph.D. in Personal Financial Planning at Kansas State University. His research focuses on behavioral finance, examining the interplay between financial decisions, physical health, and psychological well-being. His work on the necessity of financial planning/counseling in PTSD treatment for Veterans has been recognized and utilized by Congress and White House staff. Bennetts’ dedication to improving financial well-being through education, research, and advocacy reflects his commitment to making a positive impact on individuals and communities.
