Tom Rogers is the is the Deputy Area Director, Office of Government Contracting for Area III. Tom and his team cover the eight states of the Southeastern Region (AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, SC, NC and TN). In addition, he continues to serve as a Procurement Center Representative and is certified in Contracting at Career Level III. He has over 25 years of contracting and management experience.  

He holds a master’s in management information systems from the Florida Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s in business administration from Athens State University.
